I think a lot about what it means to become a client of Smartphone Films and how we can craft that journey, so the client feels supported and completely understood when we put that first piece of creative together.
It's always an interesting process interpreting creative, and ultimately it's where a project succeeds or fails.
Remember:

If your client feels genuinely understood, they will feel reassured (it's their ass on the line too) and won't help but be impressed.
