Billing & Payment Options:

You will be billed monthly for your subscription - Our Standard payment terms are 30 days.

You can pay your bill by credit card or by Bacs - All details are included on the invoice.

The number of films in your package:

Each subscription package has a specific allowance of films.

Start-up - 4 films per month for three months - Total films 12.
Growth - 8 films per month for six months - Total films 48.
Team - 12 films per month for six months - Total films 72.
Enterprise - 20 films per month for twelve months - Total films 240.

You can use your film allowance however you need too, but films do not rollover. For example: If you do not create any content in your first month, that month's allowance is cleared.

You can use all your films up in the first month, should you need to, however, if subscribed to (Start-up or Growth) plan you will need to either pay for additional works at the Off-off film rate (£495) or start a new subscription. Please note you will still be billed for the remaining time of your original subscription if you start a new one.

If you are subscribed to the Team or Enterprise plan, and you use up your total allowance, additional films are billed at 25% off (One-off rate) or you will need to start a new subscription. Please note you will still be billed for the remaining time of your original subscription if you start a new one.

Unlimited usage policy

Our fair usage policies limit the number of films one user can expect to receive in one Working day.

Working days are defined as Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs and Fri.

These restrictions are imposed to ensure that Smartphone Films can continue to offer the best quality of service available to

the maximum number of customers.

One-off Film - No limit

Start-up plan - 4 films max per day

Growth plan - 4 films max per day

Team plan - 4 films max per day

Enterprise plan - 4 films max per day

Smartphone Films reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time.
